Tangerang Selatan, FAH Online News – The Lingkar Kajian Ilmu Sosial dan Sejarah (Lkissah) once again held its General Assembly and the inauguration of the Formateur Director and Deputy Director for the 2026–2027 period. The event took place at the Insan Cita Hall on Wednesday (9 August 2026).

The event served as a learning platform for students of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, while also facilitating organizational regeneration within the campus community. The event was attended by the Director and Deputy Director of Lkissah for the 2025–2026 period, Dimas Sugian and Luthfi Ahmad, and was enthusiastically welcomed by all members and administrators of the Lingkar Kajian Ilmu Sosial dan Sejarah (Lkissah).

In an interview, Dimas Sugian, Director of Lkissah for the 2025–2026 period, explained that Lkissah serves as a space for learning and intellectual development, with a particular focus on literacy, especially in the fields of history and social sciences.

“Lkissah is a discussion forum established to provide an environment for learning and developing literacy, particularly in the fields of history and social sciences. Beyond serving as a discussion forum, Lkissah also provides a platform for cultivating reading habits and critical thinking among students at FAH UIN Jakarta,” he said.

Entering the main agenda, a General Assembly was held with all participants to determine the Formateur Director and Deputy Director of Lkissah for the 2026–2027 period. Following deliberations among all participants, Muhammad Fathur Abdillah and Nadia Neva Madina Tio were appointed and inaugurated as the Formateur Director and Deputy Director of Lkissah for the 2026–2027 period.

In an interview, Muhammad Fathur Abdillah, the newly elected Director of Lkissah for the 2026–2027 period, stated that the new leadership would strengthen coordination among all administrators and members, while developing programs aimed at fostering academic knowledge and critical thinking within the FAH UIN Jakarta community.

“Going forward, we will strengthen coordination among all Lkissah administrators and members so that organizational performance can improve and the programs established by the previous administration can be further developed. We will also design programs such as teaching activities and initiatives to increase students’ reading interest through book review sessions. These efforts will be carried out throughout our term of office,” he said.

The event continued with the presentation of the vision and mission by the newly elected Director and Deputy Director of Lkissah, followed by an interactive discussion involving all Lkissah administrators and members in attendance. The entire series of activities concluded with a group photo session involving the Lkissah administrators and members.

Through this activity, Lkissah is expected to continue serving as an intellectual forum that fosters critical thinking among students of FAH UIN Jakarta. The organization’s regeneration process is also expected to continue sustainably, enabling Lkissah to grow and develop further in the future.
