The FAH delegation was warmly welcomed by the National Library team. The meeting aimed to strengthen synergy between academic institutions, the national library, and strategic partners in developing digital literacy, Qur’anic linguistic studies, and inclusive technology-based education. During the discussion, various collaboration opportunities were explored between FAH UIN Jakarta, Perpusnas RI, and the Yayasan Pendidikan Pemersatu.

The Dean of FAH, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, stated that this collaboration is an important step in integrating academic development, digital literacy, and community service. Through synergy with the National Library of Indonesia and other partners, FAH UIN Jakarta is committed to continuously fostering innovations that support knowledge development based on Islamic values, humanity, and inclusivity.

One of the main agendas discussed was the development of the E-Masdar Digital House, a platform focused on studying root words (masdar) and their derivatives in the Qur’an. The development of this platform will be supported by the provision of human resources, facilities, and infrastructure to expand the study of other Qur’anic chapters.

In addition, the participants also discussed plans to conduct training and educational programs on root-word analysis and its derivatives for visitors of the National Library and students in various educational institutions. This program is expected to enhance Qur’anic linguistic literacy that is more accessible to the wider community.

In the field of inclusive education, the meeting also highlighted the importance of utilizing qualified sign language instructors according to competency levels. This initiative is seen as a strategic step to expand access to education for persons with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunities in accessing knowledge.

Other discussions included strengthening cross-sector collaboration in supporting the implementation of various international agreements related to the use of sign language literacy for science, technology, and education. This cooperation is expected to foster more inclusive and sustainable innovations.

Furthermore, the parties agreed to optimize the use of both print and digital media to disseminate information about the E-Masdar Digital House to the public. This effort will be supported by a national network of librarians who are expected to serve as strategic partners in introducing and strengthening public understanding of the concept and implementation of E-Masdar.

After the meeting, the FAH delegation had the opportunity to join a library tour, exploring various services and facilities at Perpusnas RI, including reference collections, reading areas, and other supporting facilities that serve as a center of literacy and knowledge for the public.

The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to follow up on the planned collaborations to provide broader benefits for education, research, and society in Indonesia.
