Affirming Direction, Nurturing Togetherness: LO CreatiFAH Work Meeting 2025–2026 as a Starting Point for Progressive Steps

South Tangerang, FAH Online News — The atmosphere in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities felt different on Wednesday (29/04/2026). Since the morning, members of the Autonomous Institution (LO) CreatiFAH had been arriving with enthusiasm. Light conversations, laughter, and small discussions filled the corners of the room, reflecting one thing: a renewed spirit of togetherness woven through the 2025–2026 Work Meeting (Musker).

More than just a routine organizational agenda, this Work Meeting served as a crucial moment to reaffirm direction, align visions, and strengthen the foundation of solidarity among members. Amid the dynamic nature of student organizations, LO CreatiFAH strives to position itself as a creative space that is not only productive but also relevant to the demands of the digital era—particularly in social media and journalism.

The event was attended by the advisor of LO CreatiFAH, Kasih Noor, the Chairperson, the Executive Board (BPH), division coordinators, and active members. Their presence created an inclusive and participatory forum where every voice had the opportunity to be heard.

A Learning Space Beyond Formality

In her remarks, the advisor emphasized that the organization must be more than just a platform for activities. She described LO CreatiFAH as a living learning space—where students can grow, explore their potential, and prepare for the future.

“LO CreatiFAH is expected to become a place where members can learn new things, gain valuable experiences, and develop skills that will be useful in their professional lives after graduating from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta,” she stated. She also highlighted that active participation from all members is essential for sustaining the organization’s quality and continuity.

This message served as a reminder that student organizations are not merely about executing programs, but about a collective learning process that shapes character and competence.

Crafting Ideas, Designing the Future

One of the most anticipated sessions was the presentation of work programs from each division. Division coordinators took turns presenting their carefully prepared plans.

Each presentation went beyond listing activities—it reflected the identity and direction of each division. From social media content strategies and faculty branding efforts to strengthening journalistic quality, all plans were designed with consideration of audience needs and digital challenges.

The forum soon evolved into a dynamic space for dialogue. Suggestions, questions, and constructive critiques flowed among participants, refining the programs into more structured and impactful plans. It was clear that this Work Meeting was not merely ceremonial, but a living collaboration of ideas.

Democracy in Organizational Practice

As the session moved into formal proceedings, the atmosphere became more solemn. The session chair guided the discussion of the organization’s Constitution and Bylaws (AD/ART) in a detailed and systematic manner.

Each article was reviewed carefully, allowing participants to voice their opinions—ranging from editorial revisions to structural adjustments aligned with current organizational needs.

The discussion reflected a mature democratic process. Differences in perspective enriched the conversation rather than hindering it. After thorough deliberation, the forum reached a consensus to ratify the Constitution and Bylaws as the official guideline for one term of leadership.

This ratification marked an important milestone, covering key aspects such as program implementation mechanisms, administrative systems, and the structure of the CreatiFAH Media Team.

From Planning to Action

At the closing session, the Chairperson of LO CreatiFAH outlined future directions and major upcoming agendas. With a tone of optimism, she encouraged all members to move beyond planning and actively engage in implementation.

“Good planning must be followed by real action. The success of the organization depends on the active involvement of all its members,” she emphasized.

Her statement served as both a reflective and inspiring conclusion, reminding everyone that the organization belongs to all, and its success is a shared responsibility.

Sustaining Togetherness, Building the Future

More than just a formal meeting, the 2025–2026 Work Meeting became a space to nurture relationships and strengthen the sense of belonging among members. The interactions throughout the event highlighted that behind organizational structures lies a human connection that sustains continuity.

With the successful implementation of this Work Meeting, LO CreatiFAH is expected to move forward with clearer direction, innovation, and adaptability. In an increasingly digital world, this moment marks the beginning of a progressive journey.

The Work Meeting has ended—but the journey has just begun.
